Friday afternoons

Friday afternoon Ces goes to dancing lessons. And mama and I do some shopping, or lazy about on the lawn, or cycle around. We see ducks in the water, under the spring blossom.

And then we go back, and wait for Ces in the corridor.

Fun is where my sister is. And the whole family keeps going here. And the bonus: lots of things to climb on!

Mmm, trying a grass leaf here, a twig there, and feeling the soft underground. I love the lawn!!

Ces pre-party

We are not sure if papa will be at home when Ces has her birthday. Ces is lucky, she gets her present today already. We sing, eat cake and she gets her present. Lucky that Leon can clap his hands: now he can clap too!

And what does Ces get? Ah! Finally! A real princess dress. "Like Sleeping Beauty!" (Danneroosje! in her words). We dress her, and off she is: playing Sleeping Beauty and (imaginary) Snowhite, they are friends after all! 'Come Snowhite, let's play hide and seek! I count.'

To K3

K3 in concert! That is something for Ces! It is a concert in a huge hall, lots of little girls and their mama's. It is their new show Eyo. We buy popcorn to start with. mjum, mjum. And then the show may start! The three girls sing and sing, but we don't dance. Too much to see! And the pop corn tastes well!

Changing diaper

It is not always easy changing my diaper. I don't like lying on my back with my legs up in the air. And you know what: I can fight! Sometimes it is a family affair to get my bum clean and the couch not dirty!

Frances and Brian moved to New Zealand, and now there is Miriam! We have a fun lunch together and isn't it fun to give a girl her fairy dress?

In my sister's class is a twin. This is quite intriguing: born on the same day.

A lot to say

I have a lot to say, and I can do it loud! I have been taught by the best: my sister. You see my two teeth?

On the bike!

Yeah! I can sit in the bike seat! I loved the baby bjorn (belly bag), but mama says this is more convenient. Fun it is!

High and low

Curious, curious. It is all so new and I want to know. My sister has all sorts of interesting things. I like eating paper.

My sister has always happily been working in her corner, but now we are storing things High.

Climbing up the dishwasher

Climbing is my newest challenge. And the dishwasher is such an exciting climbing object! All these things to investigate!

a day outdoors

We are going to the beach with Raphael and Ellen, and then later mama can visit Grandpa in new house for revalidation. A cold wind is blowing at the sea, but the food in the restaurant afterwards makes up. I didn't like the beach very much, at start. Luckily Ellen has a nice Grissini for me to eat. Much better!

Watching Sesame street.

Sesame Street on the computer is Ces's latest favourite. Today her cuddly toys all can sit in with her.

Dancing Ces

My sister Ces can dance! And she likes giving a show!
